Swimming Pool & Safety Barrier Inspection
Pool safety is important. Reports from the Australian Bureau of Statistics indicate that children between the ages of 1 to 4 account for the highest number of accidental drownings of any age group. It is also estimated that a further six children a week are admitted to hospitals after an immersion incident.
Such incidents can easily be avoided with the simple installation of a fence around the pool. Personally supervising your pool is another solution, but barriers are more ideal as constant supervision is not always practical.
Our Pool Safety Inspection Report checks that the pool barriers meet the Regulations and Australian Standard AS 1926.1-2007 Parts 1 and 2 fencing standards for pools. Legislation in Western Australia requires that homeowners maintain the barrier in such a condition that it functions at all times. We perform comprehensive checks to ensure your pool barriers are properly installed and meet all Australian standards.
This inspection report includes:
- Swimming pool
- Barriers to the swimming pool

Own a Home built before 1990? Looking to Buy One?

- Purchasing a Property
- Starting Renovations
- Maintenance Works
When was your Home Built? | Probability of Asbestos |
Built before 1985 | Highly Likely |
Built during 1985 – 1990 | Likely |
Built after 1990 | Unlikely |
Mould Identification Inspection
Removing mould isn’t as easy as spraying and scrubbing. To get rid of mould for the long term – and avoid the risks to building structure, health and aesthetics it causes – requires a complex process.
We start with a thorough inspection of the home to find out why the mould is occurring. We examine your indoor air quality, ventilation, structural dampness, and make general observations throughout your building to make sure we know why you’ve got mould.
Once we have completely assessed your situation, your technician will prepare a report with photos to explain the results, recommend a solution, and provide a formal report.
It is necessary to conduct a mould inspection for the follow reason to protect the health of your family and/ or employees:
- Purchasing a property
- Starting Renovations
- Maintenance works
